Trent literally treated me like family

Mitchell and Josh were fantastic to work with. They had everything ready, when I showed up it was just signing a few documents and I was on my way.

I was there to get an oil change. Did the filters last time so I wanted to have my tire and brake life checked and the windshield wipers streak so I wanted them checked. I was asked about tire rotation and brake line flush. I’m closing on a new home March 5th so I said I will consider it and see where I’m at financially next oil change. It was submitted to my insurance company that my vehicle is behind on maintenance because of that. I found out that my powertrain warranty is going to expired in June and I had to ask about it. I guess I would have liked to have been called to discuss with my dealership what my options are. I didn’t know that I was only getting a limited powertrain warranty when I bought the car everyone was in a big hurry to leave as the dealership was closing up as we were trying to complete my purchase. I was left alone outside the dealership in the cold dark and my door shut on me and my keys were inside I didn’t know I could get locked out of my car!!! I had to call a tow truck to come let me in my brand new car. I call her Christine because I still don’t understand how that even happened in all the chaos of the sale. She has been very good to me since. So I have had some good experiences and some not so good experiences in all the years I have been purchasing cars with green. I’m a Chevy girl what can I say. lol

Love the atmosphere! Sales Department is AMAZING! Mitch did a great job showing us the different models of the Colorado! He was very patient with me trying to out my needs and wants.

Great friendly sales experience!

Your telephone system is horrible. I found it nearly impossible to speak to anyone in service. Most of my calls went straight to voice mail. None of these messages received a return call. Two of my calls went to one of your stores in Springfield. I won't even say how I was treated there. This type of service has to be hurting your business. Everything is computer managed and when it doesn't work customers quit calling. There is no other option to talk to a person. Enough said. Fix it!
